About Judit, our Kids Yoga Teacher
Judit teaches children’s yoga with a focus on creative play — because kids learn best when they’re having fun and free to explore. She completed her 200‑hour training through UW Recreation, is certified in Kids Yoga and Baby Massage, and has experience teaching preschool yoga, mom‑and‑baby classes, and family yoga workshops.
She’s worked with neurodivergent and mixed‑ability groups, and she designs classes that are inclusive, imaginative, and grounded in what yoga offers kids: strength, flexibility, balance, emotional regulation, body awareness, and stress‑management skills.
As a mom of three girls — a 9‑year‑old and 7‑year‑old twins — Judit is inspired every day by their curiosity and creativity, and she brings that same joyful energy into the classes she teaches.
