Jimmy has been teaching yoga for almost ten years and is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. (one-on-one sessions can count as continuing education for yoga teachers.

What will we do?
Well, that depends on you!
Sessions are tailored to the individual, based on needs and goals. We might use a combination of (light) weight-training, assisted stretching, massage gun therapy, muscle palpations, yoga postures or sequences, resistance band training, core drills, or other body weight exercises.
We keep track of goals and progress and will have open communication to make sure we are aligned and working towards your best interests!
