300hr Advanced Teacher Training

Continue Your Yoga Journey

This advanced training will help you dive deeper into your personal practice and refine your skills as a teacher.

Full completion of this training allows you to register with Yoga Alliance as: RYT 300, RYT 500, or E-RYT 200 RYT 500, depending on your existing credentials.

A prior 200hr training is not mandatory, but trainees will be expected to have a working knowledge on materials often covered in foundational 200hr trainings.

Key Concepts

  • ashtanga (1st and 2nd series), vinyasa flow, and yin styles of practice and teaching

  • applying anatomy, energetic principles, and dynamic imagery into teaching

  • teaching private sessions

  • creating and teaching workshops

  • the yoga sutras (books 1 and 2)

  • the bhagavad gita

  • sanskrit terminology and chanting

  • hands-on assists

  • accessibility and inclusivity in yoga through adaptive, intelligent teaching

Tuition

Tuition: $3,450 (payment plans available - please include payment plan request in the '“extra notes” section of the application)

Early Bird: $2,950 (pay in full one month before training begins)

Members: $2,950 (any time!)

Included: full access to the program, course manual, unlimited practice at the shala for duration of the training, class observations, and assisting the lead teacher at the shala. Post-training, students will have access to a discounted membership rate.

Not Included: required readings
